Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no charge if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible to cancel your order.
• After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, please follow our Return and Exchange Policy once it arrives.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:
  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The item has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom orders, and intimate products, are not eligible for return. Please check the product listing for specific return information.
• Exchange Process: Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (if applicable) or for a different item of equal or lesser value. Contact our Customer Support team to initiate an exchange request.

Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete your return/exchange.
